What we collect

Only what you provide voluntarily:

• Contact form and quote request: first name, surname, company, email, phone if you give it, and the project description or references you add.
• Chat assistant: the text of your messages, so we can reply.
• We do not collect browsing data for advertising and we do not build automated commercial profiles.

Why we use them and on what basis

To handle your request, prepare a quotation and keep the commercial contact that follows. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures at your request and, where relevant, your consent.

How long we keep them

For the duration of the commercial relationship and afterwards for the periods required by commercial and tax law.

Who else processes your data

We work with processors who only access the data to provide their service:

• Vercel — website hosting.
• Supabase — database and storage, hosted in the European Union.
• Resend — internal notification email.
• Anthropic — language model for the chat assistant, only if you write in the chat.
• Cloudflare — form anti-spam verification, when enabled.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, object to processing, restrict processing and request portability. Write to info@energivm.cat.

If you believe we have not handled your request correctly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
